What is your cancellation policy?
For bookings at Discovery Health, cancellations must be made online a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service. If I'm able to fill your spot—either from the waitlist or someone you refer—the fee will be waived. I understand that emergencies happen and will always do my best to be understanding in exceptional circumstances.

Cancellations may be made at Beta Health until 9:00 AM on the day of your appointment by phoning reception at (250) 370-5525.
Do you do direct billing?
I am able to provide direct billing for most insurance policies at both locations.
What time should I arrive for my appointment?
Beta Team-Based Healthcare has a full reception team to welcome you in to the clinic space. The clinic is open Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM, so you are welcome to arrive as early as you need to prepare for your visit.

Discovery Health has no reception team and the clinic door is kept locked while practitioners are in treatment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes early for your appointment, you may need to wait to be let in ​as practitioners wrap up the session before yours.
